Payment are fully restored

The underlying issue remains isolated to the original Adyen endpoints, while the EVA platform itself continues to operate normally. We have implemented a workaround that temporarily routes payment traffic through an alternative Adyen endpoint. 100% of payment transactions are completing successfully through this route. We will continue to monitor the original Adyen endpoints and restore normal routing once their stability has been confirmed.

Still investigating, it seems the Adyen EUW endpoint still has issues, working on finding other work-a-rounds to re-enable Adyen payment.

We will continue to monitor, since 11:06 it seems to remain stable again.

Between 10:58 (CEST) and 11:06 (CEST) we noticed Adyens endpoints not responding. We informed Adyen, waiting for insights from their END. We will continue to monitor, since 11:06 it seems to remain stable again.

This issue is now resolved

Currently cloudflare is facing a global outage issue. At this point EVA remains unaffected and only the admin suite access is affected. Our support page is unreachable for most clients, we hope this will be resolved soon. You can email for urgent issues to stan@newblack.io while this outage remains.
